Committees
With membership comes responsibility. CRRWC members are asked to serve on one or more Committees that interest them or cover areas that they would like to learn more about. From planning and running a dinner meeting or social event to coordinating a Representative phone in to support or oppose State or National legislation, CRRWC offers its members a wide variety of opportunities to get involved, learn, and have fun.
By-Laws and Legislative
The Committee's duties are to insure that motions are within the guidelines of the CRRWC Bylaws, that proposed changes in the Bylaws are in agreement with GFRW Bylaws, communicating with the membership about local, state or federal legislation concerns, enhancing member’s legislative understanding, and encouraging the involvement of CRRWC members in the legislative process
Finance and Fundraising
The Committee's duties are to recommend, plan, and coordinate CRRWC approved fundraising activities, report to the CRRWC President and Executive Committee CRRWC planned expenditures, the collection of membership dues and renewals, the receipt of monies from fundraising activities, the payment of authorized club expenditures and other CRRWC assets.
Communications and Publications
The Communications Committee's duties are to develop and execute a 2 year strategy for communications to the membership and outside audiences, develop and manage the CRRWC web site and the web site's content, recommend and design external publications and CRRWC advertising.
Programs and Events
The Committee's duties are to recommend, plan, and coordinate club sponsored campaign activities, CRRWC's bi-monthly Dinner Meetings, and other CRRWC sponsored social events as well as identify and communicate opportunities for members to participate in and support local/state/national Republican candidates.
Membership and Awards
The Committee's duties are to recommend strategies and goals for increasing and enhancing membership in CRRWC, identifying and recommending members to the Board for Awards and recognition, and executing the approved strategies and goals.
